Children Toy mold
1. Wall thickness requirements: The wall thickness of the toy should be uniform, otherwise uneven shrinkage will cause deformation of the injection molded part, shrinkage marks, and peeling, so it should not be too thick or too thin;
Second, the mold exit angle: The exit angle of the plastic part directly affects the ease of demolding the plastic part from the cavity and is related to the performance of the rubber compound, the shrinkage rate, and the structural form of the plastic part.
Third, stiffener: it is the most commonly used in the toy structure design. It can change the flow direction, make the flow more balanced, improve the binding ability of rubber molecules, make the stress distribution uniform, and improve the strength of the injection molded part;
Fourth, rounded corners: This is a factor that must be considered in the design process of injection molded parts. Rounding can avoid stress concentration, increase the strength of injection molded parts, improve the fluidity of injection molded parts and promote demoulding. The fillet radius of each joint of injection molded parts should not be less than 0.5 to 1 mm.
In the design and processing of Children Toy mold, it has a greater impact on plastic and alloy toys. After years of development in China's mold design and processing technology, the technology has become very mature. Digitization, intelligence, and flexibility have been widely used in the manufacturing process of Stool Mould, greatly improving the design and manufacturing level of Chinese molds.
